Expert Neurophysiologists You Can Trust

At Monitoring Advanced Services (AMS), our team of neurophysiologists represents the highest standard in the field. Each member of our technical staff is board certified by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET), ensuring expert-level competence and professionalism.

We are committed to continuous learning and stay at the forefront of industry advancements through ongoing education and training. This allows us to provide the most accurate and reliable intraoperative and clinical neurophysiological monitoring available.

Beyond their technical expertise, our neurophysiologists bring compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of patient needs—delivering care that is both clinically excellent and personally reassuring.

Rigorous Certification Standards at AMS
At Monitoring Advanced Services (AMS), we are committed to upholding the highest standards of professional excellence. Our neurophysiologists are required to obtain board certification in their specific areas of expertise, demonstrating their advanced knowledge and clinical competence. These certifications include Registered Encephalographic Technologist (R. EEG. T), Registered Evoked Potential Technologist (R. EP. T), Certification in Neurophysiologic Long-Term Monitoring (CLTM), and Certification in Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM). All certifications are issued by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET), a respected authority in the field. Earning these credentials is no small task. For example, CNIM certification demands a four-year degree or equivalent healthcare education, the successful completion of at least 100 documented intraoperative neuromonitoring cases, and passing a rigorous board examination. At AMS, every surgical neurophysiologist meets these qualifications and holds CNIM certification. This ensures that our team brings not only technical expertise but also the depth of experience and professionalism necessary to deliver safe, precise, and effective patient care in every surgical setting.
Continuing Education
At Monitoring Advanced Services, we believe that learning never stops—especially in the ever-evolving field of neurodiagnostics. Our Intraoperative and Clinical Neurophysiologists are committed to continuous professional development to ensure they remain at the forefront of industry advancements. In alignment with ABRET’s recertification standards, our team actively participates in ongoing education to maintain their knowledge, skill, and clinical competency. This dedication to learning goes beyond the minimum requirements. AMS Neurophysiologists are encouraged to stay current with the latest innovations in neurodiagnostic technology, regularly review industry best practices, and contribute to the field by publishing technical articles and research. This culture of continuous improvement not only enhances our internal training but also ensures we consistently deliver the highest standard of care to our partners and patients.
Neurodiagnostic Team Integration
At Monitoring Advanced Services, our neurodiagnostic professionals are fully integrated into the surgical and clinical care teams, working in close coordination with Operating Room staff and referring physicians. This seamless collaboration helps ensure that every procedure runs efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption. By maintaining consistency in scheduling, we foster strong working relationships built on trust and familiarity between our technologists and surgical teams. Our technologists are trained to communicate clearly and effectively during procedures, enabling timely decision-making and swift clinical response. Every case undergoes thorough review by our dedicated Quality Assurance team to verify accuracy, uphold medical documentation standards, and continuously enhance our processes. This integrated approach allows us to deliver the highest level of patient care and operational excellence.
